Columnist Salman Abdul Majeed comments on Islamic Spirituality

Mark Kurowski, M.Div., Executive Director of My Spiritual Advisor announced today that Salman Abdul Majeed, a Muslim student at the Bayyinah Institute, Dallas TX, has agreed to publish a monthly column for My Spiritual Advisor.  “In our efforts to build harmony between religions as part of our mission to deepen the spirituality of humanity, we are thrilled that Mr. Majeed has agreed to open our eyes to a Muslim’s view of spirituality.”

Salman Abdul Majeed was born in the Middle East and has spent most of his life in the United States. He is proactive in the humanitarian, religious, academic, and medical arenas. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and is currently studying Islamic text, Inter-religious studies, and Theology at Bayyinah Institute in Dallas, TX. He is a future medical student at Des Moines University in Iowa.

Mr. Majeed’s columns will be featured under My Spiritual Advisor’s Blog section on their website and will appear monthly on the first Wednesday of the month.
